Keep your body clean and clear - exfoliate regularly, body brush, moisturize and condition
Ensure your hair is kept looking fresh and healthy - use a good hair care routine and get regular trims
Do good deeds – paying it forward naturally makes you feel good which in turn makes you look good
Think positively – negative thoughts and feeling have an impact on the way you feel and look, negative thoughts often lead to frowning and poor posture
Dress to impress – you don’t need a closet full of designer clothes, you just need to ensure you’re smart, clean, tidy and wear clothes that suit your body shape and boost your confidence
Smile – one thing most celebrities do a lot of is smiling; a smile can instantly help you to feel better looking and is very attractive to other people
