Vinegar for Skin Health, Really?

Yes, really!

Apple cider vinegar has been used for overall health for years but it is also perfect for amazing looking skin too.

Apple cider vinegar contains acetic acid which is said to help lower blood pressure and lower cholesterol. It also has anti-bacterial properties; is an anti-inflammatory, increases metabolism, improves digestion and helps to prevent skin breakouts.

We’re not talking putting this magic potion directly onto your skin!! Although you can apply it topically in some cases but that’s not where we’re going with this… You need to dilute the ACV in some water and drink it.

If you’re having an acne breakout drink it once a day until your break out stops; if you just want to keep your skin feeling and looking clear then take it every other day.

Dilute 1 tablespoon into 1 250ml glass of water. If you find it tastes a little bitter, try adding 1 tablespoon to a mug of hot water with 1 teaspoon of honey to sweeten.
