Potassium Cetyl Phosphate is the potassium salt of a complex mixture of esters of phosphoric acid and Cetyl Alcohol, a multi-functioning fatty alcohol. Cetyl Phosphate is an anionic emulsifier and stabiliser for the preparation of stable and homogeneous oil-in-water emulsions for cosmetic utilisations.
